You are not alone. My name is Liz. I am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor & Associate Professional Clinical Counselor and I can help you navigate your new reality. Not only have I helped clients like you navigate through chronic illness and disability, I've navigated through it myself, having lived 15 years with ME/CFIDS, with severe to moderate disability. I am specially trained to come alongside you amidst your illness &/or disability to help you manage and create a life of greater satisfaction & purpose in the areas of life, work, wellness, relationship, self-advocacy, & spiritual care.
